We are looking for an outstanding software engineer for developing applications in the area of analytics and optimization, enabling our organization and clients to crunch large data sets, analyze the results, gain business insight and maximize revenue. By developing systems and tools that find patterns and trends, understanding and solving complex problems in a structured way, you will be a key part of the team responsible for creating value for our customers.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Build systems and tools to handle and make most use of large amount of data, either by developing middle layer data warehouses or developing and maintaining the large data clusters to process vast data volumes in the most efficient way for a large number of users.
Participate in and where required lead the design process and documentation of the software architecture.
Improve performance of core system components by running experiments and simulations.
Play the role of a developer within a team, proactively taking care of product quality with unit testing and ensuring delivery of a defect free product.
Work hand-in-hand with the technical design team to develop components Interact with all departments necessary within the organization to meet the job requirements.
Requirements / Qualifications:
BTech / MTech from a Tier 1 engineering institute preferable.
At least 4 years of software development experience, ideally developing multi-threaded distributed applications.
Very strong Java/J2EE programming experience implementation knowledge of development using Spring framework is essential.
Very strong experience in implementing design patterns
Preferably understands concepts related to machine learning, statistics and AI algorithms, and statistical pattern recognition.
Strong in Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures etc.
Good communication skills and command of the English language
